Restoring Hand

David M. Megee, M.D.Associate Professor, Hand Surgery Specialist

My clinical practice focuses on the full spectrum of hand surgery with a special interest in complex peripheral nerve surgery. I am currently engaged in developing a multidisciplinary adult peripheral nerve specialty clinic. This clinic provides substantial exposure for residents to the full spectrum of hand surgery including brachial plexus injuries, lower extremity neuropathies, and reconstruction for patients with painful neuromas. In addition to my clinical practice, I am committed to resident education, with a special interest in hand, peripheral nerve, and extremity reconstruction. We have developed a combined educational experience with Orthopedics to augment our didactics.
